Making an individual placement becomes more important than forging a lasting relationship or offering honest advice. Well, you won’t find that here.
At Triplescreen, we see things differently. We know the importance of working towards a collaborative, common goal by always keeping quality as our #1 priority (even if it means filling a few less jobs each year.) We reward our staff based on the broader achievements they bring to our organization, not by having them compete internally with one another for a placement or by cutting corners just to reach a bonus level. Co-Founder/VP of Operations
12 years ago, Mark Barbadora set out to transform the way IT recruiting was done when he co-founded TripleScreen Search & Staffing. After too many years of working in the chaotic, cutthroat, and sometimes greed-driven world of high-tech recruiting, he wanted to make a change. Mark envisioned an honest, diligent process of matching the right candidates with the right clients that reflected their mutual personalities. He packaged this vision into an airtight methodology – 3-Screen – that is paying dividends for literally hundreds of happy employees and dozens of repeat customers today.
Mark cut his teeth at Texcel, Inc. (Plymouth Meeting, PA) – in 1993, he was hired there as an entry-level IT Recruiter. He got lucky – he was given the opportunity to work for and learn from some of the most talented and gifted technology recruiters in the region. Hard work and dedication allowed him to quickly progress through the ranks, and ultimately Mark was promoted to run the entire Information Technology practice. In 2004, Mark ventured out along with co-founder Mike Butti to launch TripleScreen. By the end of the company’s 4th year, it was named to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Top 100 Startups list. Since then, they haven’t looked back and have grown the company from “two guys in a garage with a phone” to the highly respected, successful recruiting firm that it is today.

When he’s not working, Mark can usually be found coaching his children in youth sports or sneaking in a round of golf. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors – landscaping, running, and just simply enjoying friends and family. Mark is a connoisseur of both wine and craft microbrew beer. Mark currently resides in Downingtown, PA with his wife Lisa and their two children, Taylor and Trevor. Mark is a graduate of Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA with dual degrees in Human Resource Administration and Psychology.

Michael began his career in Technology Staffing in 1998, when the dot-com bubble was in full effect. A graduate of Kutztown University, Mike spent the first 7 years of his career quickly moving up the ranks at Texcel, a national staffing firm, immersing himself in all things technical and experiencing the climactic highs, followed by the heart wrenching lows of the technology sector. In his first 2 years, he had seen the best and worst of times in the technology industry. While many recruiters abandoned the tech market during this time (including IT professionals themselves), Mike forged ahead, with a strong commitment to the Delaware Valley technology community and a desire to “change the game.” Giving people accurate, honest, and informative data and taking the time to truly get to know his clients and candidate pool was his #1 goal. He wanted to do things differently and he vowed to do them better.
This led him to co-founding TripleScreen in 2004 along with Mark Barbadora, on the premise of doing business the right way – focusing on building relationships and trust versus merely looking for the next commission check. The plan has worked tremendously. TripleScreen has experienced tremendous growth since its humble beginnings in 2004 and has been recognized regionally for their accomplishments several times over. Becoming the Delaware Valley’s most relevant technology staffing firm has always been the end goal for Mike and his recruiting team. Follow him on Instagram @mikebuttiphilly.
Lover of All Things Leisure
When he’s not flipping through resumes or juggling phones, Mike is traveling the globe in search of 2 things – the perfect beach and the next hidden restaurant gem. He’s part food snob, part sun worshipper. Need a restaurant recommendation? Ask Mike. Need a ride to the beach? Ask Mike. Need something fixed? Don’t ask Mike, he’s just not handy like that (although he probably knows a guy!). And when he’s not out searching for the next tasty appetizer or cozy beach chair, Mike is either at home cooking for his friends & family, floating in his pool, headed to the movies (he’s quite the movie buff), or sitting at a Blackjack table still trying to finally figure out a way to count cards.
